Membership Freeze Request Form

When a membership freeze is requested, your 30 day cycle is pushed out by the number of days we freeze your account.

Members are allowed to make a hold request once every 3 months for up to 90 days; membership holds require a minimum of 7 days. Additional hold requests require a $25 fee and will be charged in full when the request is processed. There are no hold fee refunds for early reactivation requests.

Holds for medical, maternity/paternity, travel, military reasons, or holds longer than 90 days require supporting documentation, e.g., doctor's note, military orders, or rental agreement. The membership hold fee may be waived with proper supporting documentation.

Membership holds are only possible if your membership dues are paid up to date. All requests must be made through this Membership Hold Form at least five (5) days before the commencement of the hold period and cannot be made retroactively. Verbal (i.e., in-person or over the phone) requests will not be accepted.
