3 SIMPLE Pregnancy Smoothie Recipes

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tsp honey

Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.

Citrus Burst Smoothie

  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1 scoop vanilla prenatal protein powder

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut water

  • 1 handful of ice cubes

Blend all ingredients together until smooth and enjoy!

Chocolate Cherry Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen cherries

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 scoop chocolate prenatal protein powder

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tsp honey
