Master Trainer, PIPER, is coming back to the bay for another Instructor Training! If you’ve always wanted to learn about the class you love so much, now’s your chance to learn from the BEST! Helping to build the training program for the Lagree Method, Piper brings the same Slow Resistance Training (SRT) method to the Bay, formerly called the Lagree Method at X-CORE. You’ll practice at each studio to widen your skill set using both machines, which will prepare you to teach on any type of reformer!
During training, you’ll learn:
Functional Anatomy and Biomechanics
Essential exercises including variations, modifications and proper form
Contraindications and special considerations (how to deal with injuries, muscular imbalances, pregnancy, etc)
Teaching presence and microphone technique
Access to the studio for individual practice and mock classes
Personal coaching by X-CORE throughout the duration of the training
Commitment Level: Must be able to attend all training dates and take a minimum of 2 X-CORE classes / week.
