Come play at X-CORE 20 days out of 40 days for a chance to win an Unlimited Month + additional prizes (doubles count as 1 day). Just put your name on the board and a star by your name at either location - we’ll count them at the end.

Weigh in. Measure your results. (Optional)

KOTA will be coming back in for body composition weigh ins before and after the challenge - just another way to stay motivated and hold yourself accountable. Schedule your weigh in at Grand Ave on 6/22 or at Piedmont Ave on 6/29. Learn more about body composition tests with KOTA here.

X-BURN INSTRUCTOR TRAINING

Master Trainer, PIPER, is coming back to the bay for another Instructor Training! If you’ve always wanted to learn about the class you love so much, now’s your chance to learn from the BEST. Helping to build the training program for the Lagree Method, Piper brings the same Slow Resistance Training (SRT) method to the Bay, formerly called the Lagree Method at X-CORE. You’ll practice at each studio to widen your skill set using both machines, which will prepare you to teach on any type of reformer!

We're creating a special day for you, our clients, to thank you for your ongoing support and friendship. It's also a celebration of your hard earned fitness achievements!

X-CORE has teamed up with Bride in Bliss and Das Bus Photo Booth to provide a day of fun. We'll be giving away samples, treats, refreshments and raffle prizes!
