GUEST EXPERIENCE CHECKLIST


OPENING & CLOSING

  • Lights – turn on/off

    • Front desk – 3 lights

    • Neon light – behind wall by closet

    • Pilates room lights – 2 lights

    • X-CLIMB room lights (neon lights and regular lights) – 2 lights

  • Unlock/lock push door from inside

  • Diffusers – fill with water and add about 10 drops of oil

  • Bathrooms – check TP, paper towels, soap. Floors should be clear of debris.

  • Empty recycling bins if full

  • Check Pilates machines are ready – no straps on the floor

  • Check X-CLIMB room is ready – should be clean with towels on the right side handlebar

  • Laundry – continue loads. Don't leave wet laundry in the washer.

  • Make sure front desk space stays clear


NEWBIES

Ensure a warm welcome and complete the following:

  • Sign waiver

  • Climbers wait in lobby. Pilates wait in Pilates room.

  • X-CLIMB:

    • tennis shoes

    • give them laminated guide

    • let instructor know how many newbies

    • after class, ask the Newbie how it was

  • PILATES:

    • grip socks – give socks if they bought Newbie Special

    • let instructor know how many newbies

    • after class, ask the Newbie how it was


ALL CLIENTS

Ensure a warm welcome and complete the following:

  • Greet all guests standing up

  • Be able to speak to any the specials / events / challenges

  • Bonus: If you know them, welcome them by their name!


OTHER

  • Upload waivers to MindBody

  • Email info@xcorestudio.com any client issues or notable things that happened
