  • Music should include peaks and valleys

  • Shouldn’t be all the same style songs

  • Song 3 and last song are the most important, and are the HYPE songs

  • Everything in between should be feeling of emotional and physical connection.

    • Physical - connect and make sure they stay present

    • Mental - emotional connections; memories

  • Tempo vs Rhythm

    • Tempo - the beat that stays the same

    • Rhythm - always changing

    • The down beat is on the 1

    • Finding the fast beat vs the slow beat


SONG CLIMB TYPES

Slow Climb: 70-80 BPM

Medium Climb: 80-90 BPM

Fast Climb: 90-110 BPM

Sprint Climb: 60-75 BPM

Dance Climb: 60-75 BPM

Heavy Climb: 40-50 BPM
